Missing China This Fall
Each fall since 2005, either Lucy by herself or I with her have made the trip to China. This year neither of us are going. It feels like we should be there. It feels like something is missing. We miss our family there. Thankfully there s the phone to keep in touch. We hold them in our heart. Warm memories arise in autumn, for it was then in 2005, I first set my feet on the land of China and left part of my heart there.

More Welcomes
Each time I have gone to China and come out of baggage claim, there has been precious people, dear folks, my in-laws there with open arms and open hearts ready to welcome me not just to their land but into their homes because they love me.

Here We Come!
Plans are moving ahead for our trek to China next month. Our reservations are to leave on April 16th. We are heading for Shanghai then up to Changchun. It will be fun.

Another Trip
Plans are being cemented for a return to China in April. I am beginning to get excited about it. It will be a grand time.
